History of District
Lasbella District is a district of Balochistan province of Pakistan. Its famous areas include Hub, Somyani and Gadani. It is located between Gwadar and Karachi. In the east of this district is Karachi and in the west is Gwadar. The southern part of the district is bordered by the sea coast and in the north lies Khuzdar district.
Lasbella is the largest district of Balochistan province of Pakistan, this district includes Tehsil Hub, Tehsil Lakhra, Tehsil Bela, Tehsil Dariji, Tehsil Uthal, Hub is the largest city of Balochistan after Quetta.
The Sessions Division Lasbella at Uthal was created in 2023 and started functioning at the Sessions Court building.
