Justice Abdullah Baloch

Justice Abdullah Baloch was born on March 15, 1963 in the home of Mr. Rahim Bakhsh, resident of Levies Coloney, Basima, District Washuk. He completed his primary and secondary education from High School Basima in 1981. He passed his F.A from B.I.S.E Quetta in 1983. He did his B.Com in 1986 from Degree College, Quetta and thereafter passed his M.Com from the University of Balochistan in 1988.

Justice Abdullah Baloch has been completed his L.LB from University Law College Quetta in 1990. In 1991 he served as an Officer BPS-18 in Ministry of Petroleum’s project SML. He resigned in 2001 and thereafter enrolled with Balochistan Bar Council as an advocate in 2001.

Justice Abdullah Baloch got the license of High Court in 2004 and appeared in state cases on behalf of Advocate General in the High Court of Balochistan till 2007. In 2007, the Government of Balochistan appointed him as Public Prosecutor (BPS-20) of Anti-Terrorism in High Court of Balochistan. He served there till June, 2011. Justice Abdullah Baloch resigned from the post of Public Prosecutor in July, 2011 and again started his practice as an Advocate.

As an Advocate, Mr. Abdullah Baloch appeared and conducted different cases of Constitutional, Anti-Corruption, Anti-Terrorism, Labour, Election, Services, Custom, Mine and Minerals, Banking and Revenue. Justice Abdullah Baloch acts as a Legal Advisor of District Government Kharan from 2008 to 2014.

Justice Abdullah Baloch appeared as a counsel in civil and criminal cases, numerus cases have been reported in Pakistan Law Journal. With the consultation of Hon'ble Chief Justice, High Court of Balochistan, Justice Abdullah Baloch was appointed as Member Labour Appellate Tribunal, Balochistan on February 14, 2015, which is equal to the rank of judges of High Court. As a Member of Labour Appellate Tribunal, Justice Abdullah Baloch delivered more than 40 Judgments in a half and year, most of which are reported in PLC's.

Justice Abdullah Baloch was serving as a Member of Labour Appellate Tribunal, when he has been elevated as a Justice of High Court of Balochistan on August 13, 2016 and confirmed as Judge of the High Court of Balochistan on the 17^th of July, 2018. Justice Abdullah Baloch having command on six languages of the Country i.e. Urdu, English, Balochi, Brahvi, Persian and Pashto.
