Message by District and Sessions Judge Dera Allah Yar

In the past, the public was not privy to official information as this information was considered an “official secret”.
Now in line with the National Judicial Policy set by Mr. Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry, Honourable Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Pakistan, and other Honourable Judges of the Apex courts of Pakistan, and fully endorsed by Mr. Justice Qazi Faez Isa, the Honourable Chief Justice of the Balochistan High Court, Quetta and other Honourable Judges of the Balochistan High Court, all efforts are being made to provide speedy justice to citizens of the State. With this in mind, all stakeholders and the public will have easy access to information to facilitate justice.
The launching of web site is a landmark in this context. We will endeavor to provide speedy justice as well as facilitate all proceedings in so far as we are able to. Due respect is given to the respective stakeholders which also includes, parties to the court proceedings, witnesses and learned members of the Bar. We in turn, expect the stakeholders to reciprocate by cooperating and ensuring the peaceful execution of justice in a timely manner.
We look to the public and stake holders for suggestions to improve and make this website more relevant to their needs, and suggestions of all stake holders and members of civil society are welcome.
