What are the Office timings of the Sessions Court Zhob?
The District & Sessions Courts working days are from Monday to Thrusday and Saturday and the office timings are from 08:30 AM to 02:30 PM and for Friday from 08:30 AM to 12:30. The District & Sessions Courts remain closed on Sunday.

Yes, during the proceedings you can sit in any court room. However, you are advised to use the sitting area, while there is no proper sitting area designated for the public.
Is there a place anywhere to leave my belongings?
No, due to security reason you cannot leave your belongings anywhere in the building.
In case of emergency whether any medical facility is available?
No, there is no medical facility available in the court premises.
Are there facilities available for wheelchair users?
No wheelchair facilities are available in District & Sessions Court Zhob.
Where can I buy refreshments?
The Court has a small canteen in eastern corner in the premises of District & Sessions Court Zhob serving only tea.
Are courts always open to the public?
Can anyone attend court?Yes. All the courts are public buildings and almost every court hearing is open to anyone, on the principle that justice should be seen to be done.
Is there a separate seating area for ladies?
No, there is no separate seating facility for ladies.
Is there any parking space at the building of District & Sessions Court for the public?
No, there is no parking space in the premises of District & Sessions Court Zhob.

How do I find out where and when my case is being heard?
The daily Cause List is posted on the Notice Board, but no other facility i.e. website, Kiosk etc are available in the District & Sessions Court Zhob.
If my case is scheduled for 9:00 a.m. why wasn't it called until 11:15 a.m.?
Cases are scheduled according to Cause-list. If you are scheduled to appear at 9:00 a.m. you can be called anytime between 08:00 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. depending on the appearance of the people in court, and there is no duration of case, just after one case the other is called.
Can I access my file?
You may apply accordingly for a certified copy of any order or judgment, passed in your case, the same would be issued to you by copyist mentioning therein the date of application given for copy, the date of preparation and the date of delivery of the copy of the order/judgment on charges thereof.
How do I find out a whether certified copy applied for in my case is ready or not?
For getting certified copy in your case, you will have to contact with copyist or concerned official regarding preparing and delivering the certified copy includes the date of the delivery of the certified copy applied for.
Where can I get the details of Institution and Disposal of cases?
You can get the details of institution and disposal of cases from Superintendent Office or concerned official, while, other facility i.e. website etc is not available in District & Sessions Court Zhob.
What are the timings for filing fresh cases and miscellaneous applications?
The timing for filing fresh cases and miscellaneous applications is office timing i.e. from 8:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Can I access court records online?
There is no online possibility in the District & Sessions Court Zhob to access court record.
