Jurisdiction of Sibi Bench

The jurisdiction of Sibi Bench covers almost all civil and criminal matters cognizable under various laws, and within the territorial jurisdiction comprising over Revenue Districts, Sibi District, Harani District, Bolan (Kachhi) District, Jhalmagsi District, Naseerabad District, Jaffarabad District, Dera Bughti District and Kohlu District.

It also has jurisdiction to hear and determine any matter instituted under the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan 1973 or involving its interpretation or of any other law.
