What are the office timings of the District & Sessions Courts?
The District & Sessions Courts working days are from Monday to Thrusday and Saturday and the office timings are from 08:30 AM to 02:30 PM and for Friday from 08:30 AM to 12:30. The District & Sessions Courts remain closed on Sunday.

How do I get to the District & Sessions Courts?
The District & Sessions Courts Complex, Loralai is situated at about Six Kms. from Loralai town on Loralai-Quetta highway (N-70) in close proximity to Commissioner's office and other District Administration departments.

Can I go and sit in any Court room or walk around the building?
Yes, during the proceedings you can sit in any Court room. Nonetheless, you are advised to use the sitting area designated for the public mentioned on the map. You are also restricted to walk in the areas not open to the public. Click here to find out which areas are open to the public.
Is there a place anywhere to leave my belongings?
No, due to security reasons you cannot leave your belongings anywhere in the building.
In case of emergency whether any medical facility is available?
No, there are no medical facilities available in the Sessions Court Complex. However, medical services and emergencies are taken care at District Headquarter Hospital, Loralai and some private clinics located in downtown area, Loralai.
Are there facilities available for wheelchair users?
Yes. On the ground floor of the main building open to the public, there is wheelchair accessibility.
Where can I buy refreshments?
The Court has a Canteen in front of the sitting area, serving tea, soft drinks and snacks. Water is also available from specifically installed coolers. Please Click here to see location.
Are Courts always open to the public? Can anyone attend Court?
All Courts are public buildings and almost every Court hearing is open to anyone, on the principle that justice should be seen to be done. In a "closed Court", the public is excluded. This may be done for various reasons, primarily to protect witnesses or any leak of sensitive information.
Is there a separate seating area for ladies?
Yes, there is a separate room for ladies adjacent to the bar room.
Is there any parking space at the District & Sessions Courts complex, Loralai for the general public?
Yes, there is a spacious parking lot near the main gate entrance, reserved mainly for the vehicles of the Judges, staff of Courts and Advocates and even for the police and official vehicles visiting Courts in connection with day to day affairs. However, due to security reasons, it is not possible to park private vehicles within the premises of the District Court building, whereas large space is available for parking besides the main road for the purpose, at owner's risk.

Court Procedures
How do I find out where and when my case is being heard?
The daily Cause List is posted on the Notice Board and on the website of the Balochistan High Court. If you do not see your name on the list, please contact the Superintendent of the Sessions Court. You may also wish to click under "Resources", "Case Status", you will find information on case category, case number, case year, Court, case title, institution date, last hearing date and next hearing date.
If my case is scheduled for 08:30 a.m. why wasn't it called until 11:15 a.m.?
Cases are scheduled at various times of the day. If you are scheduled to appear at 08:30 a.m. you can be called anytime between 08:30 a.m. and 02:30 p.m. depending on the appearance of the people in Court, and the duration of each case. Please note, it is important to arrive in Court on time, as roll call and general information regarding Court procedures and services may begin before Court convenes.
Can I access my file?
You may apply in writing for a certified copy of any order or judgment passed in your case to the respective Presiding Officer of the Court or the Superintendent of the Sessions Court; whereas against a receipt issued to the Copyist mentioning therein the date of the delivery of the copy of the order/judgment on charges thereof, you may receive the copies.
How do I find out, whether certified copy applied for in my case is ready or not?
The receipt issued to you by the Superintendent/Copyist Branch includes the date of the delivery of the certified copy applied for. Please contact Superintendent or 'Copying Branch' located on the ground floor if you have any queries.
Where can I get the details of Institution and Disposal of cases?
You may find this information in the Balochistan High Court website, under 'online case status', 'case lists' and 'case list archive' and in the Data Section of the High Court.
What are the timings for filing fresh cases and miscellaneous applications?
The timing is from 08:30 a.m. to 02:30 p.m.
Can I access Court records online?
It is not possible to access Court records online.
