About District Courts, Noushki

Initially, the court of District & Sessions Court Noushki was established in the year 1994, as an Additional District & Sessions Court and at the same time the foundation of an Additional District & Sessions Court Noushki, was placed.

The inauguration of the District & Sessions Court building was held 1996, and the Sessions Division Noushki, was constructed in 1997.

The Sessions Division Noushki consists of two districts i.e. Noushki and Chagai and the courts which work in Sessions Division are as under:-

The District & Sessions court Noushki comprises of 4 court rooms, 4 chambers, a bar room, a staff room, a record room and a lockup including a boundary wall. Besides, the office of Assistant District Attorney/DPP Noushki is also situated in the premises of Sessions Court Noushki, which consists of three rooms including a toilet and bath room.

The court of Additional District & Sessions Judge, Dalbandin and Judicial Magistrate Dalbandin work together in an office, which belongs to B&R Department. Both the judges are living in the rest house of B&R Department District Chagai. Besides, no staff room is available for the officials of both the courts.

The court of Qazi Dalbandin works in a separate building, which belongs to the judiciary and the residential accommodation for Qazi Dalbandin is also available..

The court of Judicial Magistrate, Taftan is situated at the Pak-Iran border. The post of Judicial Magistrate, Nokundi has recently been created.
