What are the office timings of the District Courts Noshki

Yes, during the proceeding you can sit in any court room, however, you are advised to use the sitting place designated for the public, besides, you are also restricted to walk in the areas open to the public.

Is there a place anywhere to leave my belonging?

No,  due to security reasons you can’t leave your belongings anywhere in the building.

In case of emergency whether any medical facility is available in District Courts Noshki.

No.  In case of emergency the judicial officers/officials used to visit the District Headquarter Hospital Noshki, which is located at a nearest distance from Districts Court Noshki.

Are there facilities available for wheelchair users?

No, there is no facility of wheelchair is available in the District Courts Noshki, because there is no double story court building and upstairs.

A canteen is available in the premises of the District Courts Noshki for the public and pure drinking water is also available from specifically installed coolers.

All courts are public buildings and almost every court hearing is open to any one, on the principle that justice should be seen to be done.

How do I find out where and when my case is being heard?

The daily Cause List is affixed on the Notice Board of Sessions Courts Noshki. If you do not see your name on the cause list, please contact the Reader. In addition to it, for other information to contact with the staff/officials of each Court.  

If my case is scheduled for 9:00 a.m. why wasn't it called until 11:15 a.m.?

Cases are scheduled at various times of the day. If you are scheduled to appear at 9:00 a.m. you can be called anytime between 9:00 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. depending on the appearance of the people in court, and the duration of each case. Please note, it is important to arrive in court on time, as roll call and general information regarding court procedures and services may begin before court convene.

Can I access my file?

You may apply for a certified copy of any order or judgment passed in your case, against a receipt issued to the copying section mentioning therein the date of the delivery of the copy of the order/judgment on charges thereof, more so, the entire file can be visited after the order of concerned judicial officer.

How do I find out a whether certified copy applied for in my case is ready or not?

The receipt issued to you by the Copying Branch includes the date of the delivery of the certified copy applied for. Please contact 'Copyist Urdu/English Sections of District Courts Noshki.

Where can I get the details of Institution and Disposal of cases?

No. this information is only available to the Hon`ble High Court of Balochistan and offices of concerning courts.

What are the timings for filing fresh cases and miscellaneous applications?

Within office timing of district Courts you can file fresh  cases and miscellaneous applications.

Can I access court records online?

It is not possible to access court records online.
