About District Courts, Sibi

The Sessions Court, Sibi was constructed and handed over on March 1996.

At present seven courts are functioning in the premises of the Sessions Complex Sibi.

Sessions Division Sibi was established in 1978, and comprises of three Districts i.e. District Sibi, District Kachi & District Harnai. District and Sessions Judge Sibi has jurisdiction over the Sessions Division Sibi.

34 District & Sessions Judges have served at Sibi so far, and it is worth mentioning here that Sibi has had some very well known judicial personalities:

Mr. Justice (R) Fazal-ur-Rehman (presently Member Election Commission)

Mr. Justice Muhammad Anwar Khan (presently Chief Justice, Islamabad High Court)
