Message by District and Sessions Judge Kohlu

Since the independence of the judiciary and because of the coordinated efforts of the Honourable Chief Justice of Pakistan, Mr. Justice Iftikhar Mohammad Chaudhry, and the Honourable judges of the Supreme and High Courts including the Honourable Chief Justice of Balochistan, Mr. Justice Qazi Faez Isa, the members of the Bar Councils in Pakistan there has been great change. Print and electronic media, has taken on special significance in so far that it helps in dispensing justice at the door-step of the poor and the downtrodden litigating public

Today the judiciary ensures the rule of law for the entire nation. Courts of the land are working day and night to dispense justice in a fair and transparent manner.

The district judiciary, which is an important part of the Justice System, has also achieved and progressed under the supervision, and guidance of the Apex Court and the High Court of Balochistan. The establishment of a full-fledged Sessions Court in the exceptionally poor and backward area of Kohlu District is a prime example.

The Honourable Chief Justice of Balochistan, Mr. Justice Qazi Faez Isa, and the Honourable judges of the Balochistan High Court have played a significant role in the expansion of judiciary so that justice is dispensed in every corner of Balochistan.
