What is the office timing of the District & Sessions Courts?

The District & Sessions Courts working days are from Monday to Thrusday and Saturday and the office timings are from 08:30 AM to 02:30 PM and for Friday from 08:30 AM to 12:30. The District & Sessions Courts remain closed on Sunday.

The District Courts are situated in center of City at Tehsil Road Near the Offices of Tehsildar, Assistant Commissioner and Municipal Committee, Usta Muhammad

Can I go and sit any Court Room are what around the building?

Yes, during the proceeding you can sit any Court Room and You are advice to use the sitting are designed for the public. You are also restricted to walk in the areas open to the public

Is there a place any where to leave my belongings?

No, due to security reason you can not leave your belonging any where in the building

Are Courts are Always open to the Public? Can any one be attend the Court?

All Courts are the Public building and almost every court hearing is open to anyone on the principal that Justice should be seen to be done

Is there a separate place for sitting of ladies?

Yes, there is place for ladies

Here is any parking space at District Courts for the Public?

Unfortunately, due to security reasons It is not possible to park your vehicle with in the premises of the District Courts building

How do I find out where and when my case is be heard?

The daily cause list is posted on the notice board of each Courts

Can I access my file?

You may apply for a certified copy of any Order or Judgment passed in your case, against a receipt issued to the coping branch mentioning their in the date of the delivery of the copy of the Order/Judgment on charges there of

What are the timing for filing fresh cases and miscellaneous applications?

The timing is from 8-30 AM to 2-30 PM

Can I access Court records online?

It is not possible to access court records online
