Learning Exchange Visit

A Delegation from Balochistan Judiciary on the concept of Court Associated Alternate Dispute Resolution (ADR) visited the Punjab Judicial Academy from May 25, 2022 to May 28, 2022 on their tour to Lahore.
The delegation was headed by the Hon’ble Mr. Justice Muhammad Hashim Khan Kakar, Senior Puisne Judge, High Court of Balochistan. The other members include: Mr. Rashid Mehmood, Register High Court of Balochistan, Mr. Muhammad Dawood Khan Nasar, District and Sessions Judge, Quetta, Mr. Tahir Humayun, District and Sessions Judge Loralai, Mr. Muhammad Ali Mubeen, Additional District and Sessions Judge, Usta Muhammad, Miss. Saima Najam, Family Judge-III, Quetta, Mr. Abdul Muqeet, Senior Civil Judge, Hub, Mr. Malik Shoaib Sultan, Deputy Registrar Admin Branch, High Court of Balochistan, Mr. Qasim Ali, Vice Chairman, Balochistan Bar Council and Mr. Noor Jan Buledi, General Secretary, Quetta Bar Association.
The Delegation also visited ongoing training program of GTP 2019-20 Batch-17 of Additional District and Sessions Judges and three days training program on Gender Based Cases for judicial officers organized by UNODC.
