Note:-

•  DB-I, DB-II & DB-III will hear all DB cases from Monday to Thursday.

•  Special DB Comprising of Hon’ble Justice Iqbal Ahmed Kasi and Hon’ble Justice Muhammad Aamir Nawaz Rana will hear Tax matters on every Friday.

•  SB-II, III, IV, V, VI and VII, will hear all SB cases after exhausting of the DB cases on daily basis from Monday to Thursday.

•  SB-I, II, III, IV, V, VI & VII, will hear all SB cases on every Friday.

SB-IV comprising of Hon’ble Justice Gul Hassan Tareen and SB-V comprising of Hon’ble Justice Muhammad Aamir Nawaz Rana:

•   will proceed with the suits under Admiralty Jurisdiction of High Courts Ordinance, 1980.

Note:-

•  The Hon’ble Chief Justice may recompose the circuit benches due to non-availability of the nominated judge.

•   DB cases which cannot be heard by any Bench will be placed before Special DB constituted by the Hon’ble Chief Justice.

•  The Hon’ble Chief Justice may assign any case to any of the bench in addition to the above.
