Verification and Coding of High Court Assets

The verification of physical assets, including office equipment, furniture, fixtures, machinery and vehicles is important to ensure the role smooth running of the High Court. The systematic coding of all assets ensures prevention of items from removal, wastage, loss and easy ascertainment of their location. Pursuant to the directions of Chief Justice Qazi Faez Isa verification and coding of all assets of the High Court commenced and has been completed. Proper stock registers have been prepared, incorporating therein all assets.

Asset Verification Committee

Physical verification of assets is conducted by a committee constituted for the purpose. A separate stock register for dismantled items is also maintained for record and proper disposal through open auction
