Note:-
• DB-I & DB-II will hear all DB cases from Monday to Friday
• DB-III, DB-V will hear all DB cases from Monday to Thursday
• DB-IV will hear all DB cases from Monday to Thursday (till 11:30 am)
• SB-VI: Hon’ble Mr. Justice Rozi Khan Barrech will hear all SB cases from Monday to Friday
• SB-IX: Hon’ble Justice Gul Hassan Tareen will hear all SB cases from Monday to Thursday after 11:30 am and Friday as per routine Court Timing
• SB-III, IV, V, VII, VIII and XI will hear all SB cases on every Friday
SB-II comprising of Hon’ble Mr. Justice Muhammad Ejaz Swati and SB-III: Hon’ble Mr. Justice Muhammad Kamran Khan Mulakhail and SB-X comprising of Hon’ble Justice Muhammad Aamir Nawaz Rana:
• will proceed with the suits under Admiralty Jurisdiction of High Courts Ordinance, 1980.
• The Hon’ble Chief Justice may recompose the circuit benches due to non-availability of the nominated judge.
• DB cases which cannot be heard by any Bench will be placed before Special DB constituted by the Hon’ble Chief Justice.
• The Hon’ble Chief Justice may assign any case to any of the bench in addition to the above.
