Mr. Jan Muhammad Gohar

Mr. Jan Muhammad Gohar was born on March 10, 1966, in Quetta. He received his early education in Quetta and graduated from the University of Balochistan in 1988. He subsequently earned his LL.B. degree from University Law College, Quetta, in 1991.

Mr. Jan Muhammad Gohar began his judicial career in the year 2000 when he was appointed as an Additional District and Sessions Judge in Balochistan. Over the years, he has served in various capacities across different districts of the province, including roles as Additional District & Sessions Judge, Special Judge of the Anti-Terrorism Court, Special Judge of the Banking Court, and District & Sessions Judge. Throughout his career, Mr. Jan Muhammad Gohar has actively pursued professional development. He has attended several training programs at the Federal Judicial Academy in Islamabad and participated in the International Judicial Conference held in Islamabad in 2013.

On November 6, 2024, Mr. Jan Muhammad Gohar assumed the office of Registrar, High Court of Balochistan.
