Justice Zaheer-Ud-Din Kakar

Justice Zaheer-ud-Din Kakar had started his judicial career as Civil Judge in the year 1989. Subsequently, he was promoted to the rank of Senior Civil Judge on 3^rd September 1996 and as Additional District and Sessions Judge on 10^th November 1996. On 2^nd September 2000 he was appointed as Acting District and Sessions Judge, Loralai and promoted on regular basis as District and Sessions Judge on 18^th November 2005. He was appointed as Registrar, High Court of Balochistan on 2^nd March 2010. On 19^th November 2013 he was appointed as Chairman Balochistan Service Tribunal. On 12^th August 2016 he was elevated as Additional Judge of the High Court of Balochistan and took Oath on 13^th August 2016.

Justice Zaheer-ud-Din Kakar had participated in a “Criminal Law” Conference from 18^th to 25^th April 2012 in The Hague, Netherlands organized by The Hague Forum focusing specifically on “Judicial Expertise”. He also participated in the conference on “Environmental Law, 2011” in Quetta, and “International Judicial Conference” in Islamabad, on 13th to 15^th April, 2012.
