Justice Sardar Ahmed Haleemi
Justice Sardar Ahmad Haleemi was born on 12th of February 1975 at Quetta. He is local of District Mastung. He is son of Haibat Khan Haleemi a (Retired) Police Officer, who was famous for his courage, honesty, professional competence and was rewarded with President Police Medal in recognition of his bravery.
Justice Sardar Ahmad Haleemi completed his primary education from Federal Government Public School Quetta Cantonment and Secondary education from Tameer-i-Nau Public College Quetta. He Graduated in Mathematics and Statistics from Government Science College, Quetta. He did his graduation in Law from University Law College Quetta in the year 1998.
Justice Sardar Ahmad Haleemi was pursuing cases as an advocate of High Court of Balochistan w.e.f 20th December 2012 and as an advocate of Supreme Court of Pakistan from 12th November 2014. He practiced law for over 22 years in the Subordinate Courts, Service Tribunal, High Court of Balochistan, Federal Shariat Court of Pakistan and Hon’ble Supreme Court of Pakistan. He pleaded innumerable Criminal, Civil, Electoral, Services, Revenue and Constitutional cases, which have been reported in law journals.
Justice Sardar Ahmad Haleemi served as Special Public Prosecutor NAB and ATA. He also provided legal consultancy services to Bank-Al-Habib, OGDCL, NLC, SBK University, QESCO, Quetta Club Ltd and DHA Quetta.
Justice Sardar Ahmad Haleemi Signed a MOU with Governance & Policy Project Balochistan (GPP) operation Support Unit (OSU) pertaining to Review of “Balochistan Protection against Harassment of Women at Workplace Act,2016”, submitted draft Proposal amendments in “Balochistan Protection against Harassment of Women at Workplace Act,2016”.
Justice Sardar Ahmad Haleemi delivered lectures on law subjects to the trainees of Balochistan Judicial Academy and lectures on Jail Manual/laws to the official/Officers of Prison Department.
Justice Sardar Ahmad Haleemi established certain sport clubs in periphery of City to promote Taekwondo, boxing, football etc and organized the first International Professional Boxing Event in Balochistan on 23 March 2018, wherein a Boxer from Tanzania also participated.
Justice Sardar Ahmad Haleemi took an initiative with the Honorary Counsel General of Sri Lanka for Punjab for donation of Corneas for the needy people of Balochistan and in response the Sri Lankan Government approved four Corneas for the people of Balochistan. He arranged monthly Blood Camps for Thalassemia Patients in the town. He planted hundreds of trees in SBK University and certain other parts of the city.
Justice Sardar Ahmad Haleemi served as Member of Management Committee of Quetta Club Limited. Besides contributions on preservation fauna and flora, he rendered services in Social Sector, Thalassemia patients and on the account was awarded an appreciation certificate/award by the President of lions international. He also patronized and extended help to “Daral-ul-Falah Islamia” orphanage.
Justice Sardar Ahmed Haleemi was elevated as Additional Judge of the High Court of Balochistan on 7th July 2022 and confirmed as Judge of the High Court of Balochistan on the 27th of June, 2023.
