Meeting with Judicial Officers of Quetta District

A meeting was convened in the Auditorium of the High Court of Balochistan. The meeting was jointly chaired by Hon’ble Chief Justice and Senior Puisne Judge. It was attended by the Hon’ble Judges of the High Court, Registrar High Court, District & Sessions Judge, Inspection, all the Presiding Officers of Special Courts and the District Judiciary. The disposal data of each Court of Quetta District was analyzed. Open discussion was made to find out the causes of delay in early disposal of the cases, low rate of disposal as compared to the institution of the cases and the solution/steps to be taken for expeditious disposal of the cases.
