Oath-Taking ceremony of the newly appointed Governor

Under Article 102 of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan 1973, the Chief Justice of the Province shall administer the Oath to the Governor, therefore to comply the stated Article of the Constitution the Chief Justice of Balochistan High Court, Justice Qazi Faez Isa, administered the Oath to newly appointed Governor, Muhammad Khan Achakzai. The oath taking ceremony was held in the Governor's house on June 13, 2013 at 06:30 p.m.

The newly appointed Governor Mr. Muhammad Khan Achakzai took the oath from the Chief Justice of Balochistan High Court in a formal gathering.
