Meeting with Judicial Officers

A meeting was convened in the Auditorium of the High Court of Balochistan to discuss the following agenda items:

1. 1. Delay reduction strategies for expeditious disposal of cases
2. 2. Case/Court Management
3. 3. Improvement in system of probation
4. 4. Utilization of the fund by the District Legal Empowerment Committees
5. 5. Personnel management

The meeting was attended by Hon’ble Judges of the High Court, Chairman, Labour Appellate Tribunal Balochistan, Chairman along with Members, Balochistan Service Tribunal, Chairman along with Member, Balochistan Environmental Protection Tribunal, Director General, Balochistan Judicial Academy, District & Sessions Judge, Inspection, Presiding Officers of the District Judiciary.

Discussions were made to find out the causes of delay in early disposal of the cases, and the solution/steps to be taken to meet the agenda items.

Hon’ble Chief Justice High Court of Balochistan, Justice Muhammad Noor Meskanzai alongwith Hon’ble Judges of the High Court of Balochistan, also handed over keys of new official Vehicles to the Judicial Officers.
