The High Court of Balochistan intends to purchase the vehicles for Balochistan District Judiciary from the dealers having registration certificates of Income Tax and Sales Tax and their names should be in the Active Tax Payer List.

The dealers are required to send their sealed tenders accompanied with 5% of the Earnest Money in form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) (bank draft or bid bond are not acceptable) in the name of Registrar, High Court of Balochistan, Quetta on or before 02.01.2016 up to 12:00 noon and the same will be opened on the same day at 01:00 PM in presence of the tenderers.
Bidding Documents will be issued against tender fee of Rs. 3,000/- (Rupees Three Thousand only) (Non-Refundable) in the office of the undersigned. The undersigned has the right to reject or accept any or all tenders without assigning any reason and no objections will be entertained in this regard. Conditional tenders will not be accepted. All the taxes like Income Tax and Sales Tax etc. will be deducted as per rules.
The firms will be responsible to provide the brochures and demonstration. The tenders should be submitted along with company profile, work orders obtained with the list of supplied vehicles to the departments during the last one year.
